2. Broker Status
MyVIP Aviation is a charter broker and not an air carrier. We arrange flights on behalf of clients with licensed third-party operators who hold the necessary Air Operator Certificates. The operator, not MyVIP Aviation, is the contracting carrier responsible for the operation and safety of every flight.
3. Quotes & Bookings
- Quotes are indicative until confirmed in writing and remain subject to aircraft and crew availability, slot allocation, and operator approval.
- A booking is binding only once a charter agreement is signed and payment terms are met.
- Final pricing may vary due to fuel surcharges, handling fees, taxes, de-icing, overnight crew costs, or itinerary changes.
4. Cancellations & Changes
Cancellation, postponement, and change fees are governed by the operator's terms set out in each charter agreement. We will communicate these terms to you before booking.
5. Aircraft Acquisition Services
Acquisition and sales mandates are governed by a separate engagement letter. Any information shared on the website regarding aircraft, valuations, or market trends is general in nature and does not constitute investment, tax, or legal advice.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or unlawful information through our forms or chat.
- Attempt to access non-public areas of the site or interfere with its operation.
- Scrape, copy, or republish substantial portions of our content without written permission.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on this site — including text, imagery, logos, design, and code — is owned by MyVIP Aviation or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and share content for personal, non-commercial use only.
8. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyVIP Aviation and DreamlineOne Pte Ltd shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website. Our total aggregate liability for any claim related to brokerage services shall not exceed the brokerage fee received by us in connection with the relevant booking.
