For Aircraft Owners
Sell Your AircraftWithout the Guesswork.
We value your aircraft, market it to buyers we have already screened, manage the pre-buy inspection, and close it. Gulfstream, Bombardier Global and Dassault Falcon. No upfront fee — we are paid when your aircraft sells.
In brief
MyVIP Aviation sells pre-owned large-cabin jets for their owners — Gulfstream, Bombardier Global and Dassault Falcon aircraft, usually under $20M. We handle the valuation, the marketing, the buyer screening, the pre-buy inspection and the closing. There is no upfront fee: we are paid a commission agreed in writing, only when your aircraft sells. Most large-cabin jets sell in 90–180 days. Madison Wade handles every sale personally.
What We Do For Owners
We sell pre-owned large-cabin jets — mostly Gulfstream, Bombardier Global and Dassault Falcon airframes under $20M. We price your aircraft against what comparable jets have actually sold for, put it in front of buyers we have already screened, run the inspection process, and negotiate to closing. You choose whether the sale is public or handled quietly off-market. Looking to buy instead? Visit Aircraft Acquisitions →
What It Costs and How Long It Takes
- Our fee
- A success-based commission, set as a percentage of the sale price and agreed in writing before we list. We are paid by you and only by you — never by the buyer's side.
- Upfront cost
- None. The valuation, the marketing and the buyer search cost you nothing. You pay third-party costs only if you agree to them — typically the inspection facility and the escrow agent.
- Timeline
- Most large-cabin jets sell in 90–180 days from mandate to handover. A well-priced aircraft matched to a buyer already in our network can move considerably faster.
Three ways to sell
How You Can Sell
01
FULL SALE
Sell the whole aircraft
The standard route. We price your jet against recent closed sales rather than asking prices, take it to buyers we have already vetted, and run the sale through escrow to completion. Priced right from the start, so it does not sit on the market losing value.
02
PART SALE
Sell a share (25% or 50%)
Keep flying your aircraft but stop carrying all of it. We find a co-owner and write the agreement that covers who flies when, how the crew is shared, and who pays for what — cutting your crew, insurance and hangarage bill roughly in half.
03
SELL AND REPLACE
Sell and replace at the same time
Moving up a cabin size should not leave you without an aircraft. We run the sale of your current jet and the purchase of the next one on the same timeline, so the two closings line up and you are never grounded in between.
From first call to handover
What Happens, Step by Step
Phase 01
We go through your paperwork
Before anything is advertised we read the airframe, engine and APU logbooks, confirm the maintenance programme is up to date, and flag any big inspection coming due. Buyers will find these things anyway — better that we find them first. Usually one to two weeks, and we need access to your records.

Phase 02
We tell you what it is worth
A written valuation based on what comparable aircraft have actually sold for, not what they are listed at. You then decide whether to market the jet publicly or approach a short list of buyers quietly. Your call, not ours.

Phase 03
We find and filter the buyers
Proper photography, a clear specification sheet, and direct approaches to buyers in our network. Every enquiry is checked for funding before it reaches you, so you are not spending your time on people who cannot complete.

Phase 04
We manage the inspection
The buyer inspects the aircraft at a maintenance facility — structure, engines, avionics, records. Faults get found; that is normal. We negotiate which ones you fix and which ones come off the price. Typically two to four weeks.

Phase 05
We close it and hand it over
Funds go through an aviation escrow agent, title transfers, export and registration paperwork is filed, and the aircraft is handed over. You are paid at closing, not before and not after.

Why an Independent Broker
We own no aircraft
We have nothing of our own to sell, so we have no reason to talk you into a quick sale below what your jet is worth.
We are paid by you only
One commission, from one side of the deal, agreed in writing beforehand. No referral payments, no fees from the buyer, no preferred-buyer arrangements.
One person, start to finish
Madison Wade handles your sale personally, from the first valuation to the handover. You will not be passed to a junior once the paperwork is signed.

- How long does it take to sell a private jet?
- Most large-cabin jets sell in 90–180 days from signing the mandate to handover. Pricing is the biggest factor — an aircraft priced to the market moves; one priced to hope sits. Off-market sales can complete faster when we already know a matching buyer.
- What does it cost to sell my jet through a broker?
- We charge a success-based commission — a percentage of the final sale price, agreed in writing before we start. There is no upfront or listing fee, and nothing is owed if the aircraft does not sell. Third-party costs such as the inspection facility and escrow agent are separate and disclosed before you commit.
- Can I sell my aircraft privately, without it being publicly advertised?
- Yes. We regularly sell aircraft off-market by approaching a short list of buyers directly, with no public listing and an NDA in place where needed. Nobody sees the aircraft is for sale except the people we choose to show it to.
- Who handles the pre-buy inspection?
- We do, on your behalf. That covers the records review, the physical inspection, the engine borescope, the avionics check and the acceptance flight — and the negotiation over any faults the inspection turns up.
- Will you tell me what my aircraft is actually worth?
- Yes, in writing and free of charge before you commit to anything. The valuation is based on recent closed transactions for comparable aircraft plus a condition and records assessment of yours — not on asking prices, which are usually optimistic.
- Can you sell my aircraft to a buyer in another country?
- Yes, and most large-cabin sales are cross-border. We manage the export filing, de-registration and re-registration, and the tax and regulatory steps across the main jurisdictions in Europe, the US and the Middle East.
